Bluffalo is a free-to-play multiplayer word game available on the web and as a mobile app. The Service includes Solo, Bluffalo, and Party game modes, along with optional paid subscriptions that remove ads and increase usage limits.
You agree to use Bluffalo in a manner consistent with fair play and respect for other players. You may not:
Bluffalo can be played without an account. If you sign in with Google, we use your authentication token solely to verify your identity for subscription management and to sync your progress. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Paid subscriptions (Pro) are available through Google Play (Android) and Stripe (web). Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by the respective payment platform's policies. Refunds are handled by the payment provider.
All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Bluffalo are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without written permission.
Answers and content you submit during gameplay are yours. By submitting answers, you grant us a limited license to process them for gameplay purposes (scoring, dispute resolution, duplicate detection). Answers submitted in Solo and Bluffalo modes are cached on our server to improve scoring accuracy. Party mode answers transit via peer-to-peer connections and are not stored on our servers. Leaderboard data is stored permanently for signed-in users.
The free version of Bluffalo displays advertisements provided by Google (AdSense on web, AdMob on mobile). By using the free version, you consent to the display of ads. Pro subscribers do not see ads. Ad-related data collection is governed by Google's privacy policy.
We strive to keep Bluffalo available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Bluffalo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability and intellectual property) will remain in effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
